Smile Club Veneers

Exclusively for Dental Professionals

Precision Engineered. Artistically Layered.

We bridge the gap between digital efficiency and analog artistry. Smile Club delivers pressed e-max lithium disilicate veneers that outperform milled alternatives in marginal integrity, strength, and aesthetic depth.

Join a global network of cosmetic dentists who refuse to compromise on their lab work. From Active Aligners pre-treatment to final ceramic insertion, we control the entire vertical.

The Cosmetic Boom is Here.

Research indicates that 48% of people believe a smile is the most memorable feature after a first meeting. Patient demand for high-end aesthetics is growing, but their sophistication is too. They don’t just want “white teeth” – they want natural smiles that last.

Why the World's Best Don't "Mill & Glaze"

The icons of aesthetic dentistry – from Beverly Hills to Dubai – rely on Layered Ceramics for the smile zone. Why?

Monolithic milled blocks, while fast, are optically “flat.” Natural enamel is a complex matrix of light scattering, opalescence, and translucency that a single block cannot mimic.

Smile Club democratizes this elite workflow. We use the Cut-Back & Layer Technique:

🔹 1. Press Core: High-strength e.max ingot for function (400 MPa).

🔹 2. Cut-Back: We reduce the incisal 1.5mm–2mm.

🔹 3. Hand Layer: Our master ceramists build in the “halo,” mamelons, and translucency with feldspathic porcelain.

This delivers the strength of a pressed core with the “invisible” beauty of a layered veneer.

The Case for Pressed Ceramics

In an era of “fast milling,” Smile Club remains committed to the heat-pressed fabrication protocol.

While milling offers speed, it is a subtractive process that can introduce micro-fractures at the margin. Pressed Lithium Disilicate (IPS e.max® Press) creates a denser, uniform crystal structure with superior fracture toughness compared to milled blocks.

More importantly, the wax-up and press technique allows for superior marginal adaptation. The ceramic flows into the investment mould, capturing finish line details that standard milling burs (often restricted by bur radius) simply cannot replicate.

The “Flat” vs. “Deep” Look: Many ultra-thin veneers fail to provide incisal life because they are monolithic. Our master ceramists utilize a specific layering technique, requiring just 1.5mm to 2mm of incisal space to create internal halos, opalescence, and depth that monochromatic factory blocks simply cannot achieve.

Smile Club Pressed Veneers

✅ Density & Strength: Higher crystalline density ensures long-term structural integrity.

✅ Gradient Translucency: True value gradients from gingiva to incisal edge (no “monochromatic” look).

✅ Passive Fit: Investment casting eliminates the friction often found in milled internals.

Standard Milled Veneers

⚠️ Uniform Opacity: Monolithic blocks often look “flat” or dead in the mouth.

⚠️ Thicker Margins: Milling limitations often require 0.5mm+ thickness to prevent chipping.

ELIMINATING “FRACTURE ANXIETY”

The Problem with Generic Ultra-Thin Veneers

Patients ask for ultra-thin veneers because they fear the drill. You hesitate because you fear the fracture.

Many mass-market “no-prep” brands rely on weaker ceramics that are inherently brittle. When made ultra-thin, these restorations are prone to chipping and cracking under function. This puts you on a “Repair Treadmill”—scheduling endless unpaid appointments to fix chips, while your patient loses confidence in their smile.

Smile Club Pressed e.max® is the solution. We achieve the same 0.3mm thinness but with a flexural strength of 400 MPa. You can deliver the “minimally invasive” experience patients demand, with the peace of mind that it won’t return in pieces.

Smile Club Pressed (High Strength)

✅ Peace of Mind: Significantly stronger than standard ultra-thin ceramics at the same thickness.

✅ Layered Aesthetics: We avoid the “opaque chiclet” look by layering effects into the ceramic, even at thin dimensions.

✅ Masking Power: Special ingots (HO/MO) hide dark stumps without adding facial bulk.

Generic Ultra-Thin Brands

⚠️ Fracture Risk: Brittle material leads to frequent chips and cracks.

⚠️ Patient Anxiety: Patients become afraid to eat normally, damaging trust in the restoration.

"I'm Not a Cosmetic Specialist."

If you can cut a crown, remove caries, or perform a Class II filling, you can place Smile Club Veneers.

Many general dentists hesitate to offer veneers because they fear the prep design or the seating appointment. You already have the hand skills. You just need the right partner.

Smile Club provides clear, step-by-step prep guides and reduction protocols. We handle the aesthetics; you handle the tissue and bond. With our detailed instructions and stable ceramic fit, cosmetic dentistry becomes just another predictable procedure in your daily schedule.

CLINICAL REALITY

"Veneers" for the Patient.
Restorations for the Doctor.

We market “Veneers” to patients because the word “Crown” sounds aggressive. But we know clinical reality is different.

Whether a tooth needs a facial veneer, a 3/4 wrap, or a full coverage crown, we match the aesthetics perfectly. We produce Layered e.max Crowns and Zirconia with the exact same optical properties as our veneers.

You simply prep what is clinically necessary for structural integrity. We ensure the smile looks uniform, whether it’s 10 veneers or a mix of veneers and crowns. Your patient gets the “Veneer Smile” they bought; you get the retention you need.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY

Align. Bleach. Bond.

We support the ABB Protocol. By integrating Active Aligners to optimize tooth position first, you convert aggressive crown preps into ultra-conservative veneer cases.

1️⃣

Alignment

Use Active Aligners (developed by the Smile Club team) to resolve crowding and spacing. A better foundation allows for better additive restorations.

2️⃣

Bleach

Raise the substrate value. This allows us to use High Translucency (HT) ingots that blend seamlessly with natural dentition.

3️⃣

Bond

Deliver Smile Club Premium Veneers. Bio-mimetic adhesion to enamel ensures the highest longevity rates in the industry.

Logistics, Workflow & Pricing

🛡 How does the "Goodwill" Warranty work?

We offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all manufacturing defects for e.max and Zirconia units. However, we know clinical errors happen. If a unit is mishandled or bonded incorrectly, we offer a 50% replacement discount to help you rectify the case without bearing the full cost alone.

We believe great smiles shouldn’t be cost-prohibitive. By optimizing our digital workflow, we reduce overhead without compromising on materials (certified e.max/Zirconia). Our business model relies on long-term partnerships and volume rather than maximizing profit on a single case. You get premium aesthetics at a sustainable practice cost.

Standard design fees apply, BUT we waive the design fee entirely for orders of 10 units or more. This incentivizes comprehensive aesthetic planning over single-unit dentistry.

Clinical & Technical

💎 Why does the "Elite" standard require layering?

Monolithic (single-block) restorations reflect light uniformly, which can look “flat” or artificial. By pressing a high-strength core and layering the final 1.5mm with translucent feldspathic porcelain, we create internal depth and light scattering that mimics the complex structure of natural teeth. This is the standard for high-end aesthetic cases globally.

Milled margins are limited by bur radius, often requiring thicker preps (0.5mm+). Pressed ceramics allow us to achieve 0.3mm thinness with superior marginal adaptation (< 50µm gap) and higher flexural strength (400 MPa), making them ideal for minimally invasive or “no-prep” workflows.

We utilize High Opacity (HO) or Medium Opacity (MO) ingots for the pressed core to block out underlying discoloration (ND1-ND9), followed by cut-back layering to restore incisal value. Please provide a stump shade photo so we can select the correct ingot to prevent “grey-out.”

We recommend a modified chamfer (0.3mm – 0.5mm) at the gingival margin for the best seal. Butt-joint incisal preparation is preferred for strength, though we can accommodate feathered edges if the material thickness is adequate.

We recommend Pressed e.max for anterior aesthetics (Veneers/Crowns) due to its superior translucency and enamel-like wear properties. We recommend Layered Zirconia for bridges, posterior crowns, or bruxism cases where flexural strength (>1000 MPa) is the priority over pure translucency.

Yes. Our ceramists are trained to match the opacity of a veneer (on a natural stump) to a crown (on a titanium/zirconia abutment) perfectly. We manage the ingot selection to ensure uniform value across the arch.

Yes, but caution is required to prevent micro-fractures. Use fine-grit diamond burs with ample water cooling. For polishing adjusted areas back to a high glaze, we recommend a 2-step diamond polishing system (e.g., Dialite or OptraFine) to maintain plaque resistance.

Our pressed units arrive pre-etched (HF acid). Chairside, we recommend cleaning with Ivoclean, applying Silane for 60 seconds, and using a light-cure resin cement (e.g., Bisco choice 2 veneer cement, Variolink Esthetic) for maximum color stability. For 0.3mm veneers, always use water-soluble try-in paste to verify the value before bonding.

We supply a digital wax-up model with a (index) plastic or putty matrix. This allows you to “shrink wrap” the temporaries in minutes using bis-acryl, giving the patient an immediate test-drive of the final aesthetics and phonetics.

For “Align, Bleach, Bond” cases, simply submit your initial scan for Active Aligners first. Once alignment is complete, take a new scan for the final veneers. This ensures you are prepping on ideal tooth positions, preserving maximum enamel.
