These terms apply to your use of www.smileclubveneers.com, operated by Smile Club (Pty) Ltd, trading as Smile Club Veneers (“we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. About this website

The website provides information about Smile Club Veneers, smile design and related dental laboratory services. It helps patients learn about their options and find a provider, and helps dental professionals enquire about working with us.

These are website-use terms. They do not replace your dentist’s treatment agreement or any separate provider agreement, accepted quotation, order confirmation or written warranty that applies to a laboratory order.

2. Dental information and treatment

Website content is general information, not a diagnosis, an individual treatment plan or a substitute for an examination by a suitably qualified dentist. Your dentist assesses suitability, explains options and risks, obtains informed consent and remains responsible for your clinical treatment and follow-up.

Photographs, case examples, designs and previews illustrate particular cases or proposed outcomes. They do not establish what is suitable for another patient or guarantee an identical result. Your dentist should explain the expected outcome and limitations for your own case.

3. Finding and contacting a provider

The provider locator and introduction services help you contact a dental professional. A listing is not an appointment or a treatment agreement. Availability, consultation fees and treatment arrangements must be confirmed with the practice directly.

If you ask us to contact your dentist or arrange an introduction, please provide accurate details and only share information you are authorised to supply. The practice’s own terms and privacy notice apply to its services.

4. Dental professionals and laboratory orders

Dental professionals must be appropriately registered and licensed in the country where they practise and have the knowledge and training needed for the treatment they prescribe. They are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of case information, the patient’s informed consent and the review and approval of the proposed design before manufacture.

Custom restorations are made for a specific case using the approved prescription and design. Provider onboarding or an enquiry does not by itself confirm that an order has been accepted.

Prices, currency, tax, payment, shipping, production timing, changes, cancellations, remakes and warranty arrangements are governed by the terms supplied for the relevant order or provider relationship. Please obtain clarification before approving a case. Aligner-specific conditions published on another Smile Club brand’s website do not automatically apply to veneers.

5. Responsible use

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, submit misleading information or share records without the necessary authority. Keep any provider-account access details secure and report suspected misuse to us.

6. Website materials

Website content, branding, photographs and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and use information for your own enquiries or professional consideration. Reproducing or using protected materials in advertising or other publications requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where the law permits otherwise.

7. External services and links

The website may embed or link to other services, including provider-location and onboarding tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Please read the notices that apply when you use them. A link does not mean that every statement or service on an external site is endorsed by us.

8. Accuracy, availability and legal rights

We take reasonable care with website information, but it may change, contain errors or become unavailable. Please confirm current case-specific information, pricing and delivery arrangements with us before relying on them for an order or treatment decision.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer and privacy law. These website terms do not create a new treatment warranty or change a separate written supply agreement.

We may update these website terms. The version shown here applies from the date displayed above; changes to a separate order or provider agreement follow that agreement’s own rules.
